Motiranyc.com accepts returns on orders within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags attached. To ensure footwear is eligible for return, please try it on while standing on a carpeted surface. Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox, with any dust bags, cards, and packaging intact. Shoeboxes are not to be used as shipping boxes. The shoebox should be placed within appropriate outer packaging, with contents secured within. Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, Motiranyc.com reserves the right to deny the return if the products do not meet policy requirements.
Refunds are only permitted for full price items, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
RETURN PROCESS
- Submit return or exchange request(s) through below returns portal and print return label.
- Ship using original packaging and generated printed label for proper tracking and processing.
- For refunds, allow 2–5 business days for processing and 21 business days for the refunded amount to be credited once return is received and accepted*.
- For store credit, your refund amount is available to use instantly.
Motira has the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the policy conditions.
