All orders will be shipped from Spain, Europe as well as from our US warehouse located in Pennsylvania.
We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible and normally dispatch it within 24h, during sales periods we kindly ask you to expect longer handling times.
Please note that we process your orders Monday to Friday only. If you order between Friday and Sunday we can only dispatch your order the Monday after. If you place an order on a US public holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.
We ship to home and office addresses only – not to P.O. boxes. Please take note that the country the order was placed in and the country in the address have to match. We reserve the right to cancel any orders with incorrect address information.
