Motiranyc.com accepts returns on orders within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags attached.

To ensure footwear is eligible for return, please try it on while standing on a carpeted surface. Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox, with any dust bags, cards, and packaging intact. Shoeboxes must not be used as shipping boxes. The shoebox should be placed inside appropriate outer packaging, with contents securely packed.

Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, Motiranyc.com reserves the right to deny any return if the products do not meet policy requirements.

Refunds are only permitted for full-price items. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Return Process

• Submit return or exchange request(s) through the returns portal and print the return label.
• Ship using the original packaging and the generated printed label for proper tracking and processing.
• For refunds, allow 2–5 business days for processing and up to 21 business days for the refunded amount to be credited once the return is received and accepted.*
• For store credit, the refund amount will be available for use instantly.

Motira reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the policy conditions.

US Returns

Click here to access and print your pre-paid FedEx return label. Returns sent with postage other than the one provided through our portal will not be accepted.

International Returns

For international returns, click here and follow the prompts to receive your return shipping label. Please print the provided label and ship according to the instructions.

Please note that a return fee will be deducted from your refund for international returns. This fee will be displayed at the time of submission and acknowledgment of the return process.

Returns sent with postage other than the one provided through our portal will not be accepted.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have lost this email, you may sign in to your account and view your order and tracking number via Account Orders.

If you do not have an account or a shipping confirmation, please contact us for further details regarding your order status.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed, as orders are processed automatically. We therefore recommend reviewing all details carefully before clicking “Order & Pay.”

If you wish to purchase additional items, please place a new order.

Cancellations are only possible within a short time after placing your order, as we process orders quickly to minimize delivery times. It is not possible to cancel an order once a shipping confirmation has been issued stating that your order has been shipped.

Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Duties & Taxes

Orders are shipped from Spain (Europe) as well as from our US warehouse in Pennsylvania.

Please note that import duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery for customers outside the EU and the UK. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine applicable import duties and taxes prior to purchase.
